    Welcome to Kuli ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website www.kuli.one and any other related services provided by us (collectively, the "Service").
    By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

  2. Description of Service
    Kuli develops and sells software to other businesses. Our software performs video analysis using artificial intelligence (AI) on public data from social media platforms. Notably, we do not store any of the data analyzed.

  3. Eligibility
    The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
    By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

  4. Account Requirements
    To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account.

    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

    • You must maintain and promptly update your account information.

    • You must maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.

  5. Free Trial
    We offer a free trial of our Service, which requires a valid credit card to confirm your account. The credit card information is used to verify your identity and prevent abuse of the free trial offer. We actively monitor and take measures to prevent any fraudulent activity or abuse of the free trial.

  6. Subscription and Fees
    Access to the Service beyond the free trial is provided on a subscription basis, as detailed in your Order Form.

    • You agree to pay all fees specified in the Order Form. Fees are based on the specific services and usage levels agreed upon.

    • Fees will be invoiced in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis, as specified in the Order Form.

    • All fees are exclusive of taxes, and you are responsible for paying any applicable taxes.

  7. Term and Cancellation

    • Your subscription term is specified in the Order Form. The term will automatically renew unless either party provides written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the current term.

    • You may cancel your subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the current term. No refunds will be issued for early termination.
